About MediqRounds
MediqRounds helps medical students, interns, and residents practice presenting patients on rounds. You present a simulated case out loud, and the platform gives you structured feedback on how you communicated it.
What it evaluates
MediqRounds evaluates communication, not medical knowledge. Feedback focuses on how clearly you frame the case, whether you interpret data instead of listing it, how you prioritize what matters now, and whether your plan follows from your reasoning.

- Reason for admission
- Overnight events: what changed in the last 24 hours
- Updates: vitals, labs, and imaging, with interpretation
- Now: a synthesis of what is going on at this moment
- Differential and reasoning: the "why" behind your thinking
- Strategy and plan: a plan that follows from your reasoning
How it works
Choose a case from the library, review the chart, and record your presentation. Practice attempts give you coaching you can use right away. Official attempts give you a full debrief and track your progress over time.
